The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Renovation Works And Maintenance Activities In The Electrical Industry On Residential And Utility Property, Small Architecture Facilities And In External Areas Owned By The Wrocław Commune And On Residential And Utility Property Owned By The Wrocław Commune In Buildings And Facilities In The Board Of Housing And Other Legal Persons, Hereinafter Referred To As Renovation Works Or Conservation Activities Works, In Particular: Demolition And Assembly Works, Repair In The Field Of Electrical, Lightning Protection, Intercom And Securing Premises, Buildings And Construction Facilities Owned By The Wrocław Commune - In Regions D, E, M, N.Uned In Swz Concepts Mean: A) Renovation Works, I.E. Renovation Works, I.E. Construction Works, Carried Out Within The Existing Building Premises, Small Architecture Facility And In The External Area Aimed At Restoring The Original State, And Not Constituting Ongoing Maintenance, Which Can Bear The Features Of Modernization And Construction Works; B) Maintenance Activities, I.E. Activities Involving Ongoing Maintenance In The Proper Condition Of The Building And Its Parts, Premises, Small Architecture And External Area, So That They Do Not Get Worse Due To Everyday Exploitation Without The Need To Play The Original State.
