The Subject Of The Contract Is: Supply Of Materials And Environmental Protection Measures To Warehouses In Wędrzyn And Krosno Odrzańskie: The Supplier Undertakes To: • Deliver Products At Its Own Expense On The Terms Set Out In The Contract. • Unloading Of The Delivered Goods And Submitting It In The Warehouse In The Place Indicated By The Recipient. • The Supplier With A Sorbent Will Provide The Pzh Certificate, A Certificate Of Non -Toxicity And A Certificate Of Its Absorption. Along With Chemical Preparations, They Will Provide Their Characteristics Cards-Also In An Electronic Version (Cd-Rw). • Each Supplied Product Will Be Provided With A Bar Code And A Label Prepared In Polish, Containing The Technical Parameters Of The Supplied Goods And The Name Of The Manufacturer. Supplier (By Phone Or In Writing), Which Will Provide The Goods In Accordance With The Order At His Own Expense. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In - Annex 6 To Swz And In The Draft Contract - Annex 5 To Swz, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 3. The Offered Subject Of The Contract May Not Differ In Qualitatively From The Products Desirable Listed In Column 2 Of The Price Form. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Add In Column 3 Data Clearly Specifying The Offered Product, Providing The Name Of The Offered Goods/Manufacturer, The Designation That Will Allow You To Clearly Identify The Product. In The Absence Of Designation, The Contractor Enters Other Parameters To Clearly Identify The Offered Product. In The Absence Of The Required Data, The Employer Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5.4. The Name Of The Product Offered Is The Substantive Content Of The Offer, Because It Serves To Identify And Specify The Offered Subject Of The Contract And The Subsequent Subject Of The Contract, And Thus Failure To The Product Name (Name Given By The Manufacturer) In The Event That The Contracting Authority Required The Provisions Of The Specification, Causes That The Content Of The Offer Is Incompatible With The Content Of The Specification.
