3 Each Subject Of The Contract Should Be Packed And Described, I.E. What Is In A Given Package And Size. Protective Clothes And Personal Protection Equipment Must Have Ce Marking. Cards Of The Proposed Items, Declarations Of Compliance With Ec And Quality Certificates, All In Polish Will Provide The Contractor Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. The Documents Presented In A Different Language Will Be Honored If They Are Translated Into Polish. The Failure Of The Documentation Within The Prescribed Period Will Result In The Calculation Of Contractual Penalties.
