1) Sorts Of Ohs And Personal Protective Equipment Must Comply With:  Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu) 2016/425 Of 9 March 2016 On Personal Protective Equipment And Repealing The Directive Of Council 89/686/Eec,  By The Act Of 13 April 2016 On The Evaluation Systems Of Compliance And Market Supervision (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025 Item 568). By The Act Of 30 August 2002 On The Compliance Assessment System (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 215),  Additional Report No. 24 Concluded On November 25, 2014 In Warsaw To The Incorrect Collective Labor Agreement For Employees Of The State Forests State Forest Farm Of January 29, 1998, Registered By The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy On 4 December 2014,  Patterns Specified In Polish Standards, I.E. Protective And Working Clothing Supplied To The State Forests Employees Must Have Approvals, Appropriate Technical Parameters, Ensure Safe Performance Of Activities Related To The Work Process And Must Be Marked With A Symbol (Ce) In Accordance With The Provisions. Regulation No. 54 Of The Director General Of The State Forests Of May 26, 2023 On Designs And The Requirements Of Certain Personal Protection And Work, Gs.011.14.2023- Annex No. 10 To Swz2) A Detailed Description Of Health And Safety Clothing Is Contained In The Standards:  Protective Clothing- General Requirements En Iso 13688: 2013 (Pn-En Iso 13688: 2013-12);  Personal Protective Equipment- Safe Footwear En Iso 20345: 2022-09,  Protective Shoes Pn-En Iso 20347: 2022-09,  Personal Protective Equipment-Professional Footwear Pn-En Iso 20347: 2022-09,  Protective Clothing-Protection Against Rain En 343: 2019 (Pn-En 343; 2019-04);  Protective Clothing-Protection Against Cold En 342: 2017 (Pn-En 342: 2018-01) Clothing Protecting Against Cold-Pn-En 14058: 2018-02.3) The Colors Of Working/Protective Clothes Should Refer To The Color Of The Foresters Off-Road Uniform In The Light Of Applicable Uniformed Sorts. 4) All Offered And Supplied Personal Protective Products Must Be Marked With The Ce Mark In Accordance With Regulation 765/2008 Of July 9, 2008 R. Establishing Requirements In The Scope Of Accreditation And Market Supervision Relating To The Conditions For Placing Products On The Market And Repealing Regulation (Eec) No 339/93. The Ce Marking Formula Is Included In Annex Ii Of The Cited Ordinance. 5) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 9 To Swz.6. Additional Conditions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1) Supply Of Ohs Sorts And Personal Protective Equipment Will Be Carried Out To The Headquarters Of The Employer - The Cisna Forest District After Prior Telephone Agreement, Quantity, Size And Type, Or At The Point Of Sale (Warehouse) Belonging To The Contractor, Subject To Points Below. Specified In Para. 6 Points 1) Above, May Enable The Ordering Party To Collect The Subject Of The Contract At The Point Of Sale, Active On Business Days From Monday To Friday At Lea
