The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of A Service Involving The Cleaning, Maintenance And Checking Of The Technical Condition Of 34 Separators Of Petroleum Substances And 18 Settlers At The Rainwater Pre -Watering Points In Suwałki On The Municipal Rainwater Sewage Network Along With The Receipt And Disposal Of Waste With Code 13 05 08* (Mixture Of Sandblasted Waste And Drainage Of Oils In Separators) List Of Separators (Annex 1 To Swz). The Contractor Who Will Perform The Service, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Waste Act, Will Be A Waste Manufacturer And All Obligations Related To The Production, Transport And Development Of Produced Waste Rest On The Contractor. The Service Contractor Will Be Obliged To Keep Waste Records On Records And Waste Transfer Cards At The Bdo Database. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Confirmation Of Waste Disposal In The Form Of A Waste Transfer Card.
