1. The Subject Of The Order Are Periodic Controls Of Buildings, Which Are Aimed At Determining Whether The Building Elements May Cause A Threat To: A) Safety Of Use, B) Construction Safety, C) Fire Safety, D) Environmental Safety. 2. The Purpose Of Performing A Periodic Inspection Of The Technical Condition Of Buildings Is To Fulfill The Obligation Of A Building Manager Resulting From: A) Art. 62 Para. 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, Where It Was Determined That Construction Facilities Should Be Subjected To Periodic Inspection During Their Use, At Least Once Every Five Years Consisting In Checking The Technical Condition And Usefulness For The Use Of A Building, Aesthetics Of The Building And Its Surroundings. This Inspection Should Also Be Included In The Electrical And Lightning System Testing In The Scope Of The Efficiency Of Connections, Accessories, Protection And Protection Agents From Paralysis, Wire Insulation Resistance And Installation And Apparatus Grounding. B) Art. 62 Para. 1 Point 1 Lit. A And Art. 62 Para. 1 Point 1 Letter B Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, Where It Was Determined That Construction Objects Should Be Subjected To Periodic Inspection During Their Use, At Least Once A Year, Consisting In Checking The Technical Condition Of The Building Elements, Buildings And Installations Exposed To Harmful Atmospheric Influence And Destructive Activities Of Factors Occurring During The Use Of The Object And Installation And Devices For Environmental Protection. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1.2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Construction Facilities Administered By Bytom Housing In The Scope Of Periodic Inspection Of Five -Year And Annual Building Objects - The Address List Of Building Objects Subject To Periodic Inspection Is Annex 1.1. To Swz; 5. Detailed Terms Of The Contract Were Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.6. The Contracting Authority In Connection With Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Provides For The Right Of Options. A Detailed Description Of The Option Can Be Found In The Designed Contractual Provisions. 7. The Contracting Authority Did Not Divide The Proceedings Into Parts.
