The Photovoltaic Installation Aims To Produce Electricity For The Needs Of The Facility And With A Connection With The Network Of The Distribution Network Operator - Pge Obrót S.A.Centally With The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2351, As Amended), Art. 29 Para. 4 Points 3 C) Installing Solar Devices With A Capacity Of No More Than 50 Kw - Does Not Require A Building Permit And Notification.
