1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery, Bringing And Assembly Along With Connection To Existing Factory Installations Of New Specialized Furniture Together With Specialized Laboratory Equipment As Part Of Adapting To The Work Of The Existing Laboratory Facilities In The Main Building Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology For The Purposes Of Implementing The Project Engineer 5.0 - Education For The Needs Of The Economy Co -Financed By The European Social Fund Plus European Funds For Social Development 2021-2027 Agreement Number For Co-Financing Fers.01.05-Ip.08-0285/23-00.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.3. Furniture And Research Apparatus Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Complete, Have Certificates Required By Law, Documents Allowing Use And Correspond To The Standards Indicated In This Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract Was Determined By Indicating Objective Technical And Qualitative Features. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.7. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Carried Out In Pln 8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require Personal Performance By The Contractor With Key Tasks. 9. The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. In This Case, The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer, Part Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Providing The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. 10. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Range Of A Given Part Of The Order. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 11. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For The Use Of The Option. 12. Solutions Equivalent: Each Time, When The Norma, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification And Technical Reference System Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, It Should Be Assumed That In Relation To It Used The Phrase Or Equivalent. It Is Permissible To Use Relevant Norms Of European Union Countries, To The Extent Adopted By Polish Legislation, Provided That The Standards Used Guarantee The Maintenance Of Standards At The Level Not Worse Than The Requirements Specified In The Abovementioned Standards. 13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Determine The Offered Laboratory Equipment In The Offer Form, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz By Indicating The Manufacturer, Type/Series Or Other Data Enabling The Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract. 14. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Along With The Delivery: A) The Operating Instructions In Polish, In Electronic Form To The Address Indicated In The Contract Or In Paper Form (1 Copy), B) Warranty Cards In Polish Or English, In Paper Vers
