Tenders Are Invited For Performance Of Technical Expertise For Indicated Road Engineering Facilities - Bridges Located Along Poviat Roads In The Wrocław Poviat.

The Subject Of This Order Is The Service Of Developing Technical Expertise For Seven Bridge Facilities Located In The Wrocław Poviat. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Objects That Were Indicated In The Reports From The Basic Review Carried Out In 2024 And The Popposing Inspections Of October 2024 To Technical Expertise Due To The Observed Damage. The Purpose Of Technical Expertise Is: 1) To Determine The Cause Of Scratches On The Load -Bearing Elements Of The Structure, 2) Assessment Of The Safety Of Structure Of Objects And Public Traffic Resulting From The Irregularities, 3) Determining The Actions Necessary To Perform In Order To Remove Irregularities, Including The Development Of A Detailed Method Of Repair In The Form Of A Performance Project. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With All The Requirements Of The Contractor, Including Art. 95 And Art. 438 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Were Included In Annex 4 To Swz - Contract (Project) And Annex 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments. The Minimal Percentage Of The Task That The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Order The Contractor Is 70% Of The Gross Contractual Contractual Value.
