1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of The Transport Service Of Commuting To School Institutions And Pre -School Departments In The Commune Of Świeszyno, Namely: The Primary School In Koników, The Primary School In Zegrze Pomorskie, The Primary School In Świeszyna And The Divorce To The Town Of Residence After Graduation. 2. Delivery Takes Place On School Days And Occasionally In The Case Of Organizing Ceremonies, Sports Competitions, Etc. On Non -School Days. The Total Number Of Students Are Estimated At 252 Students, According To Forecasts For The 2025/2026 School Year, Including:- Sp Konikowo And Kindergarten Department In Sp Konikowo- 143 Students, Start Of Learning: • 7:55- Delivery Of Students From All The Towns Indicated By Schools, • 11:30- Delivery Of Students From All The Towns Indicated By Schools;- Sp Zegrze Pomorskie And Preschool Department At Sp Zegrze Pomorskie- 39 Students, Starting Education 8: 00; In Sp Świeszyno - 70 Students, Starting Time Of Study - 8:003. The Contractor, In Addition To The Implementation Of The Basic Transport Of Students Specified In § 1 Para. 1 Point 1 Of The Contract, Undertakes To Provide Additional Transport Services In Order To Deliver Students As Well As Carers In Connection With Participation In Events Organized Or Co -Organized By The Employer. The Total Monthly Distance Limit For The Transport Referred To In The First Sentence Is 120 Kilometers Counted As The Sum Of Kilometers Traveled From The Schools Headquarters To The Destination And Back. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Use A Full Kilometer Limit In A Given Month, The Unused Pool Goes To The Following Months And Can Be Used Until The End Of The Contract.
