Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Veterinary Services For Animals From The Territory Of The Eco Siódemka Inter -Municipal Association - In The Case Of Road Incidents With Their Participation And For Homeless Animals

Subject Of The Contract: A Service Consisting In Providing 24 -Hour Veterinary Care In The Case Of Traffic Events Involving Animals And The Provision Of Veterinary Services For Homeless Animals In The Member Municipalities Of The Eco Siódemka Inter -Municipal Association, I.E. Municipalities: Krotoszyn, Kobylin, Zduny, Sulmierzyce And Cieszków. The Consumption Of Individual Types Of Services. The Size Of Individual Types Of Services Given In The Price Form Are Estimated. The Value Of The Offer Calculated On This Basis Will Be Used To Compare Offers In The Price Criterion. Settlement Of Completed Works Will Take Place According To Unit Prices Contained In The Price Form. The Given Price Should Contain All The Components. The Service Of The Services Provided Includes: 1) 24 -Hour Readiness To Perform Activities Related To The Provision Of Veterinary Services (During Opening Hours From 8.00 - 18.00, As Well As Outside Opening Hours); 2) Accepting Entries (And Their Implementation) From The Ordering Party, A Representative Of The Society For The Care Of Animals, Police, Fire Brigades Or City Guard, And In The Case Of Cats Free (Feeders Of These Animals), After Informing And Obtaining Permission From The Substantive Employee Of The Eco Siódemka Inter -Municipal Association And The Provision Of Veterinary Services On The 24 -Hour Dimension, Also On Public Holidays. The Contractor, After A Telephone Notification, Is Required To Come To The Injured Animal Immediately At The Place Of The Road Incident, Transport The Animal To The Place Of Provision Of Veterinary Services Or Take An Animal Brought To The Clinic By Representatives Of The Above -Mentioned Services, Take Veterinary Activities Adequate To The State Of The Animal. 3) 24 -Hour Veterinary Care, Including Diagnostics, Treatment And Treatment And Treatment And Treatment And Treatment And Treatment Hospitalization In No Longer Than Needed To Obtain A Health Condition Of The Animal, Including Feeding.
