The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Involves The Provision Of A Comprehensive Remote-Services Solution, Including A Minimum Of The Following Components That Form Its Scope: Component 1 - Providing An Individual Device For Remote Collection Of Physiological Data, Including, For Example, But Not Only Basic Vital Indicators, Location Tracking, Changes In Body Position (Eg Fall), Etc. (Device). Component 2 - Providing A Specialized Platform Available Through A Web Browser For The Acceptance, Collection And Visualization Of Data Obtained From The Measurements Made By The Device To Provide Access To The Employees Of The Center For Remote Service Consumer Databases, Reports And Registers For Emergency Calls (Platform). Component 3 - Remote Service Center - Organized Service Unit 24/7, Including Medical Specialists. Component 4 - Continuous Communication Connectivity, Including A Mobile Voice And Internet Service Provided Through A Sim Card Installed On The Device. Component 5 - Guarantee Of The Solution, Including The Television Bracelets, The Observation Platform And Communication Connectivity For A Period Not Less Than 24 Months. Services Will Receive 13 Persons Through 13 Individual Devices. The Device Must Be Provided With A Sos Button. The Device Must Be A Medical Device With A Class Iia Certificate, Which Meets The Requirements Of Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The Ep And The Council Of 5 April 2017 On Medical Devices. The Device Must Be Available For Use By Persons With Various Types Of Disabilities (Visual, Auditory, Motor And Cognitive) As Part Of An Integrated Health Monitoring Service.
