Tenders Are Invited For Providing Service Service To The National Air Quality Control System In Real Time

According To Art. 11., Para 1, Item 2 Of The Environmental Protection Act (Epa), The Minister Of Environment And Water Is Managed Through The Executive Agency For The Environment The National Environmental Monitoring System. In Chapter Eight, Art. 144, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Epa, The National Environmental Monitoring System Includes National Atmospheric Air Monitoring Networks. The Established National Automated System For Controlling The Air Quality (Naskka) Is Intended For Continuous Monitoring Of Air Quality Throughout The Country Through Which Its Main Pollutants Are Controlled. According To Art. 23, Para. 2 Of The Zhav Information From The National System And From The Local Systems For Monitoring Atmospheric Air Quality Is Published In Official Ballots. Information On The Condition Of The Atmospheric Air Enters The Riew And The Eea, Where It Is Processed And Analyzed And Served To Issue Daily And Quarterly Ballots On The Quality Of The Ambient Air And A National Environmental State State In The Republic Of Bulgaria. In Addition, Data Are Also Reported To The European Environment Agency According To The Decision 2011/850/Ec To Directives 2004/107/Ec And 2008/50/Ec. The National Monitoring System Quality Of Air Quality In Real Time Is A Specialized System Of Nationwide Importance For Monitoring And Measures For The Protection Of The Population And The Economy, Which Must Operate Continuously, Which Also Requires The Need To Provide Its Service And Maintenance And Delivery Of Spare Parts. Timely Repair Of Technical Malfunctions Ensures Continuous Operation And Obtaining Data On The Levels Of Atmospheric Pollutants From A Real Time. This Will Fulfill The Requirement For The Quality Of The Cab Evaluation Data For A Minimum Of 90% Registered Data, Which Is Provided In National Legislation, Annex No. 8 To Art. 13, Item 2, Art. 17A And Art. 22, Item 2 To Ordinance 12 Of Norms Sulfur Dioxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, Fine Particulate Matter (Pm), Lead, Benzene, Carbon Monoxide And Ozone In The Atmospheric Air. The Public Procurement Includes Activities For Servicing And Delivery Of Spare Parts Necessary To Ensure The Continuous Operation Of The National System For Controlling The Quality Of The Atmospheric Air In Real Time. In View Of The Award Under Art. 79, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Originally Announced Conditions Of The Contract Have Not Been Significantly Changed.
