Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Offered Medicinal Product Must Have Approvals, Certificates And Be Registered In Accordance With The Law Requiring The Possession Of Approvals, Certificates And Registration, 2) The Offered Medicinal Product Must Be Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical Equivalence Determines The Situation In Which The Compared Drugs Contain The Same Amount Of Medicine In The Same Form Of The Drug, Thus Corresponding To Comparable Norms And Which Are Intended For Administering The Same Way; Pharmaceutical Equivalence Does Not Condition Therapeutic Equivalence, Because The Differences In The Field Of Supplementary Substances And The Production Process May Cause Differences In Dissolving And Bioavailability, And As A Consequence In The Action Of A Pharmaceutical Agent. Therapeutic Equivalence - Two Measures Are Therapeutically Equivalent If They Are Pharmaceutically Equivalent And If After Administering Them In The Same Dose, Their Effects Both In Terms Of Effectiveness And Safety Are As It Could Be Expected Based On Appropriate Tests.
