Inflatable Rafts – Life Rafts For Helicopters And Transport Aircraft. The Swedish Armed Forces (Swaf) Hereby Invites Tenderers To Participate In The Procurement Of Life Rafts Intended For Use On Helicopters And Transport Aircraft. The Current Life Rafts In Use Are Reaching The End Of Their Service Life. In Order To Maintain Operational Capability And Meet Safety Requirements, The Swaf Is Initiating This Procurement With The Aim Of Establishing A Framework Agreement With One Qualified Supplier. The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Includes The Delivery Of Life Rafts, As Well As Related Documentation, Engineering Services Such As Configuration And Technical Support, And Any Additional Equipment Necessary To Ensure The Safe And Effective Deployment Of The Liferaft System. Tenderers Are Invited To Submit Proposals In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Set Out In The Procurement Documentation. The Awarding Of The Framework Agreement Shall Be Conducted Through A Framework Agreement Lasting Three (3) Years, With Two Optional Extensions Of Two (2) Years Each. Please Note That Fmv Will Respond To Questions Related To This Procurement Until July 11. After That, Fmv Will Have A Summer Break Until August 11. Tenderers May Submit Questions During The Summer Period, But Should Be Aware That Fmv’S Responses Will Be Provided After The Summer Break.
