Bids Are Invited For Pre-Qualification Request: Land Appraisals Supporting The Sale And Exchange Of Crown And Private Lands (Forestry And Parks)

Lands Operations Division (The “Division”) Is Responsible For The Sale And Exchange Of Public Land, Under The Public Lands Act, And The Public Lands Administration Regulation. The Division Is Required To Obtain Fair Value For Public Land Sales, And Adequate Compensation For Land Exchanges, Both Of Which Are Established By Appraisals Completed By Accredited Appraisers. Occasionally, The Division Also Receives Land Donations For Public Land Or Addition To Park Purposes. This Donated Land Needs To Be Valued.The Division Seeks Proposals From Qualified Professional Appraisers Or Appraisal Companies Capable Of Providing Professional And Timely Real Property Valuations To Be Used In The Sale Or Exchange Of Public Land. The Division Intends To Secure A List Of Appraisers Who Can Be Used On An “On-Call” Basis For The Provision Of The Services Anywhere In The Province.**Note: The First Short List Will Be Created From Submissions Received By August 11, 2025, And Updated Thereafter As Further Proposals Are Received And Evaluated.**Refer To Pqr Document For Additional Details And Complete Scope Of Work.
