In The North Savo Area, An Av Production Incentive Pilot Project Will Be Launched, Aiming To Map North Savos Capacity To Participate In A Unified Regional Incentive Model. The Project Explores The Individual Needs, Wishes And Capabilities Of Each Municipality And Identifies Common Provincial Goals To Attract Av Productions. As A Result Of The Preparatory Phase, It Is Hoped That A Common View Of The Operating Model, The Realistic Budget, Service Capacity And The Conditions Required By Production Companies. The Pilot Phase Tests The Functionality Of The Model Through Concrete Production, And The Impact Assessment Should Produce Measurable Information On The Effects On Employment And Business. At The End Of The Project, Northern Savonia Should Have The Ability To Establish A Regional Av Production Incentive That Serves The Province, Its Sustainable Growth And Vitality.
