• Het Uitzetten Van Het Tracé En Het Werk; • Applying For Signalization Permits And Diversions; • Deploying The Required Signage; • Removing Obstacles, All Kinds Of Crushing And/Or Demolition; • Making Existing Paving As A Foundation Suitable; • The Construction Of Foundation And Pavements In The Prescribed Materials; • Accompanying Activities Including The Recovery Or Reconstruction Of Embroidery, Street Gutters, Street Vaults And The Like; • The Cut And Redesign Of Top Layers In Asphalt; • Repairing And/Or Replacing Concrete Pavements; • All Kinds Of Adjustment Works In Different Materials; • Maintaining The Work During The Guarantee Period. It Is An Assignment Of Working. Taking Into Account The Unforeseeable Nature Of The Specific Needs In This Regard, The Assignment Is Split Into Sub -Assignments. For Each Sub -Assignment, The Contractor Receives An Order Letter To An Ordering Letter To Be Carried Out Of The Specific Works To Be Carried Out And Where The Assignment Is Given To Start These Works Within A Period Of 60 Calendar Days. The Tenderer Undertakes To Perform These Sub -Assignments At A Price, Calculating On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Specified In His Registration, Revised In Accordance With The Revision Clause Included In This Specifications. However, The Commissioning Administration Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Amount Of The Total Works To Be Carried Out Within The Legal Regulations And Contractual Limits. This Means That Not All Quantities Stated In The Measurement Statement Will Necessarily Be Performed. The Amount Of Works To Be Performed Will Depend On The Concrete Needs And The Budgetary Possibilities Of The Commissioning Administration For The Years Involved. The Board Therefore Reserves The Right To Change The Quantities Stated And To Decide During The Course Of Each Service Year Which Works Will Or Will Not Be Carried Out. Finally, It Is Explicitly Stipulated That The Quantities Set In The Measurement Statement Relate To Works Estimated By The Municipal Administration Within A Global Period Of One Year. The Contractor Cannot Demand Compensation If These Suspected Quantities Are Not Reached.
