The Framework Agreement Consist Of Consultancy Services To Provide Support For Esc (European Train Control System, System Compatibility). The Consultants Shall Provide Technical Support And Competencies In All The Esc Activities. The Activities Consist Of The Following (Non Exhaustive) List: -Support With Various Esc Actvities Like Technical Support For Etcs System Compatibility Testing-Delivery Of Final Draft Of The New Version Otc Documents Based On New Improvements-Delivery Of Esc Strategy-Executing Analysis Of Etcs Operational Tests Results And Logsfor Information The Esc Is Influenced By The Interaction Among Tsi Ccs (Technical Specifications For Interoperability Related To Control-Command And Signalling Sub-Systems In The European Rail System) Requirements, Operational Scenarios, Engineer-Ing Rules, And On The Interpretation Of These Requirements By Each Involved Stake-Holder, And The Specific Technical Solutions Of Each Etcs On-Board And Trackside Supplier. This Is Required To Gain Confidence In The Technical Compatibility Of The Ccs Onboard Subsystem In A Specific Area. Thus, The Purpose Of The Ertms (Euro-Pean Rail Traffic Management System) Principles For The Demonstration Of Esc Is To Define A Harmonised Organisational Framework For The Conduct Of Etcs (European Train Control System) Test Campaigns In An Efficient, Flexible And Reliable Way, Which Will Include A Description Of The Overall Test Process, Its Participants And Their Respective Contributions.
