Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder. b. Bids submitted after the deadline for submission will be returned unopened. c. All cost will be borne by the bidders. d. Contractors are advised to collect tender documents from the Department of Physical Planning and Technical Services, Benue State Universal Basic Education Board, Makurdi during office hours only e. SUBEB is not bound to pre-qualify any bidder(s) and reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act, 2007. F. Defaulting Contractors with Benue State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) who are yet to complete their projects need not to tender.
