Tenders are invited for Design, Preparation and Fit-out Works of a Newly Purchased Villa Maintenance and Fitout Works for the Kingdom of Bahrain Ambassador Residence in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt Tender Type: To Be Opened Tender Description: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of the Kingdom of Bahrain, represented by its Planning and Projects Directorate (PPD), intends to engage with an Engineering and Construction Company to provide a Fee Proposal for the design, preparation and fit-out works of a newly purchased villa for the Kingdom of Bahrain Ambassador Residence in Cairo. The company will be required to provide a turn-key project encompassing the services described in the project scope. The project scope consists of maintenance of existing finishes and electromechanical units, civil works to enhance the spaces and upgrade electro-mechanical systems, supply and installation of finishes, fixtures and furniture all in accordance with the drawings provided as part of this tender.
