Public -Service Buses - Dbr - Mini Buss. Creating A Dynamic Purchase System For Renting Mini Buses (Bkv Zrt. Td-256/24). Contracting Authority Establishes A Dynamic Procurement System (Dbr) For 48 Months In Accordance With Applicable Hungarian Legislation, M2 Or M3, Air-Conditioned, Diesel Or Electric, For Urban Public Transport (Public Transport), Euro-V. Or To Rent New Mini Buses With More Modern Engine For A Definite Period. Quantity: Planned 15 Db / 12 Months. The Quantity Is Determined On The Basis Of The Specific Demand During The Operation, The Proposed Quantity May Differ From The Planned Quantity, Or The Planned Quantity Shall Not Be A Procedure For Initiation. The Contracting Authority Intends To Rent Buses For 12 Months, But The Time Scope Of The Lease May Be Different From Each Bid. Applicants Must Declare That: • Acknowledges And Accepts The General Contractual Terms; • Contributes To The Fact That The Deadline For Bids During The Bidding Phase Is 5 Working Days With The Deadline For Renewed, If Justified; • Council Regulation (Eu) No 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 On Restablishing The Ukrainian Situation Destabables In Ukraine. The Prohibition On The Award Of The Public Procurement Agreement As Defined In Article 1 (1). The Candidate Must Be Sent To The Contracting Authority In A Printed Form, When Ordered The General Contractual Terms And Conditions Published Between The Public Procurement Documents (Gtc). Following The Successful Closure Of The Participation Phase Of This Procedure, The Contracting Authority Shall Send The Invitation To Tender To The Applicants For Participating As Valid And Suitable At The Time Of The Concrete Procurement Request. Under 48 Months Of The System, Any Economy Can Join The System If They Are Submitted And Qualified Through The Ecr. Requirements For Leased Buses, Their Number Of Pieces, The Duration Of The Lease And The Individual Contractual Conditions Are Determined During The Second Phase Of The Procedure. The Time Scope Of Individual Lease Contracts May Be Extended To The Dbr, Where Appropriate. The Contracting Authority Is The Kbt. Pursuant To Article 107 Para. Bus Buses Must Be Suitable For Contractual Use Throughout The Lease And Comply With The Contracting Authority For Each Bid
