The Works Are Varying Degrees Of Painting, Floor Covering And Equipment Repair, As Well As Renewals For Furniture, Waterproofing And Tiling, As Well As Repairs To Hvac And Other Building Components. Renovation Of Entire Houses And Other Comprehensive Repairs Are Not Included In This Acquisition. About 2,000 Work Is Done Every Year. The Total Value Of The Acquisition Is Approximately Eur 8,000,000/Year (Incl. Vat 25.5 %). An Estimate Of The Amount Or Value Of The Repair Is Not Bonded By The Subscriber. The Quantities Used In The Invitation To Tender Are Not Anticipated Orders But Are Used Only In The Bidding Comparison. The Apartment Repair Work Is Described In The Building Report Attached To The Invitation To Tender And The Related Templates Ark1-4. The Replacement Cleaning Of The Apartment For Repairs Is Also Described In The Annex To The Invitation To Tender. The Subscriber Will Determine The Possible Permit For The Construction Work And Apply For The Necessary Permits. The Contractor Must Place The Supervisor Of The Construction Regulations In Accordance With The Construction Regulations. The Contractor Must Also Place A Skilled Work Management For Other Work.
