Computer Platforms-Supply Contract Platform Integrated For Digitalization Of Niculești Commune, Within The Project South-Muntenia Regional Program 2021-2027. This Procedure Aims To Purchase An Integrated Platform For The Endowment Of Niculești Commune, Within The Project South-Muntenia Regional Program 2021-2027. The Purchase Of An Integrated Platform Was Determined By The Need To Ensure In Good Conditions The Public Service And Easy Access To The Services Of Public Administration Through A Unitary Solution Of Efficient Digitization, Which Will Come Both To The Help Of The Territorial Administrative Unit Staff. The Supply Contract Involves The Delivery, Installation And Configuration And Training Of The Personnel For The Efficient Use Of A Computer Platform, Necessary To Carry Out The Specific Activities Within The Territorial Administrative Unit, Niculești Commune, Included In The Project. In This Sense, The Contract Will Include At Least The Following Components, Products And Operations With Accessory Title: • The Products And Services Described In The Specification • Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Products At The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority And At The Headquarters Of Its Component Structures (As The Case May Be) Beneficiaries, Including The Training If Applicable; • Ensuring The Guarantee For Software Applications Delivered During The Contract In The Delivery Locations; The Assistance For Managing Orders, But Also In The Process Of Making And Resolving Complaints Or Other Steps Related To The Implementation Of The Contract
