The Lowell Housing Authority seeks bids from contractors interested in providing tree services as needed during a one-year contract period. The work covered by this contract includes the furnishing of labor, supervision, expertise, equipment, personnel, fuel and all other things necessary for the trimming and/or removal of trees on Lowell Housing Authority property.
