The Site Is Municipal Private Property. The Kitchen Block Is Located In A Above Ground And An Underground Floor With Facades Oriented East And West, With A Small Part Of The South Falling Under The Apartment Building. The Main Halls Of The Former Rila Restaurant Have Been Rebuilt For The Needs Of Social Activity To Popovo Municipality. The Construction Of The Building Is A Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Built In 1968. No Visible Damage Damage Has Been Identified. The Flooring Is Made Of Monolithic Mosaic. The Joinery Is A Wooden Depreciated And Partially Replaced By Pvc, The Doors Are Phaser And Tablets Also Depreciated During The Operation. The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Process And Create Conditions For New Functional Needs Of A Kitchen Block To A Former Restaurant In Popovo. The New Features Are Related To Food Preparation, Such As A Base Kitchen To Feed Students. The Design Takes Into Account The Structural Features Of The Building In Which The Kitchen Is Housed. Characteristic Of The Construction Of This Building Are Its Massiveness And Rational Distribution. For This Reason, It Is Not Necessary To Make Serious Structural Changes. Additional Partition Walls, Additional Closure Of Some Openings Can Be Constructed, And A Slight Expansion Of Door Openings And New Dividing Walls. The Purpose Of This Procurement Is To Create More Favorable Conditions For Regulating Technological Flows And To Create Better Conditions For Optimizing Technological Production.
