The Scope Of Activities Is According To The Technical Specification To The Documentation For Participation. 1. 1. Requirements: -Covered Risks -With The Conclusion Of The Insurance Of The Described Sites Will Guarantee The Protection Of The Property Of The Municipality Of Blagoevgrad From Damages Caused By: - A Fire, Including The Effects Of Its Extinguishing, An Explosion, A Blow To Lightning, A Blow From An Airplane Or Other Aircraft Or Objects Falling From Them, A Fire From Malicious Acts By Third Parties; - Storm, Hurricane, Whirlwind, Slices, Torrential Rain, Flood, Hail, Freezing, Earthquake, Falling Trees And Branches As A Result Of Natural Disasters; - Slip Or Collapse Of Earth Layers; - Weight From Natural Accumulation Of Snow Or Ice; - Wetting As A Result Of An Accident Of Water, Sewer, Heating, Air Conditioning And Vapor Systems And The Appliances Included; - Short Circuit; - Malicious Actions Of Third Parties (Vandalism); - Breaking Of Permanently Mounted Windows; - Stroke From A Road Vehicle Or Animal; - Costs Incurred For Clearing Remains, Disassembling Or Destroying, Enclosing Or Strengthening, Architects And/Or Experts; - Earthquake; - Slip Or Collapse Of Earth Layers; - Civil Liability Of The Insured, Which Arose As A Result Of The Risks Covered By The Policy; - Burglary; 1.2. Deadline - 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Maturity Of The Current Insurance. 1.3. The Property Should Be Insured As Follows: For Movable Property At Actual Insurance Value According To Art. 400, Para. 1 Of The Cc, And For The Real Estate - For Restorative Insurance Value Under Art. 400, Para. 2 Of The Cc. The Insurance Premium Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Carrying Amount Of The Insured Property, According To The Accounting Of The Insured. The Insurance Policies Will Be Issued In Accordance With The Relevant Annexes - An Inventory, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Participants Price Offer, And For Each Application One Insurance Policy Will Be Drawn Up. Validity Period Of The Insurance - 12 Months From The Date Of Maturity Of The Current Insurance.
