The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 5 Pieces Of Factory New Trainers To Carry Out Chemical Rescue Training In The Field Of Emergency Emptying Of Tanks. The Purchase Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Under The Name Improving The Rescue System On The Road - Stage Vi. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Annex 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Other Terms Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, The Template Of Which Is Annex 3 To Swz. The Supplied Trainers Must Be Brand New, Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2025, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Third Parties Claims. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In Places Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Means Of Norms, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Pzp Act Rests With The Contractor. In The Case Of A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Using Standards As Equivalent Solutions, Such Solutions Are Considered To Be Met With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At The Level Not Worse Than Described In The Relevant Standards.
