Computer Platforms-Supply Contract Platform Integrated For The Digitization Of Stefan Cel Mare Commune, Călărași County, Within The Project South-Muntenia Regional Program 2021-2027. The Present Procedure Has As Object The Acquisition Of An Integrated Computer Platform For The Endowment Of Stefan Cel Mare Commune, Within The Project South-Muntenia Regional Program 2021-2027. The Need To Purchase This Platform Was Determined By The Desire To Ensure, Under Optimal Conditions, The Provision Of Public Service And To Facilitate The Access Of Citizens To The Services Of The Local Administration, Through A Unitary Solution Of Efficient Digitization. The Platform Will Support Both The Personnel Of The Public Authority And The Citizens, By Simplifying And Efficient Administrative Processes. The Supply Contract Involves The Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Training Of The Personnel In Order To Use The Information Platform, Necessary For Carrying Out The Specific Activities Of The Local Public Administration In Stefan Cel Mare. In This Regard, The Contract Will Include At Least The Following Components, Products And Auxiliary Activities: • The Products And Services Specified In The Specifications; • Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of The Products At The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority And, As The Case May Be, At The Headquarters Of Its Subordinate Structures, As Well As The Training Of The Personnel, If Necessary; • Ensuring The Guarantee For The Software Applications Provided, During The Entire Duration Of The Contract, In The Delivery Locations; • Assistance For Managing Orders And Solving Complaints Or Other Requests Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract.
