Performance Period - 48 Months, Entering Into Force On The Date Of The Date Of Expiry Of The Current Contract Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right In The Acquisition Of New Sites To Include The Same To The Contract Already Concluded. The Contracting Authority Is Not Committed To A Complete Absorption Of The Specified Maximum Value For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. In View Of The Foregoing, The Real Value That Will Be Spent Under The Contract May Be Different From The Specified And Will Be Determined According To The Actually Consumed By The Contracting Authority Within The Term Of The Contract.
