The North Karelia Procurement Is Requested To Offer A Bid For Two (2) New 60 -Seat Housing Units, Which The Subscriber Leases Through A Long -Term Lease. It Is A 24 -Hour And Communal Housing For The Elderly. The Procurement Includes Office Investment And Implementation Of The 60-Seater Housing Services Units (24-Hour And Communal Housing), Which Are Built In The Rantakylä Area Of The City Of Joensuu, Including: Construction, Design, Actual Construction And Maintenance (Maintenance And Property Management) During The Rental Period. The Subscriber Undertakes To Rent The Building For 15 Years + The Opportunity To Continue To Be Valid For An Indefinite Period. As A Service Provider, Siun Sote, The Well-Being Of North Karelia, Is The Service Provider. The Contract Must Comply With The Regulations Of The European Union Directly Binding, The Laws And Regulations Of Finnish Law And The Authorities, For Example. For Structure.
