Requirements For The Subject -Matter Of The Procurement To Establish In Annex 10 To The Special Terms Of Purchase. If Necessary, The Buyer May Purchase The Goods Not Specified In The List Of Goods But Related To The Subject Of The Purchase Within The Value Of 10 Percent Of The Initial Contract. The List Of Goods Not Specified In The List Of Goods, But Will Be Paid For The Goods Not Exceeding The Day Of The Order, The Price Of These Goods, Or, If Such Prices Are Not Disclosed, In The Suppliers Proposed, Competitive And Market -Based Prices.
