1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work: Reconstruction Of Pom. 203 And Pom. 406-408 In The A-1 Building Of The Wrocław University Of Technology Located At The Obs. Stanisław Wyspiański 23 In Wrocław As Part Of The Adaptation Of The Building. A-1 To Current Firefighting Regulations. 1.1. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Means: Performing A Full Scope Of Construction And Assembly, Amendment, Disassembly And Assembly Works As Well As Construction Services Based On Project Documentation - Annex 3 To Swz. Note: Documentation: Documentation Does Not Contain External Works; The Quote Should Be Based On Documentation. A Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Is In The Template Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.1.2. Classification Of The Order According To The Joint Order Dictionary (Cpv): 45000000-7 Construction Works1.3. The Works Will Be Carried Out At An Active Facility. The Contractor Should Conduct All Loud Work In Accordance With The Set Schedule With The Ordering Party After 15:30 (On Business Days) Or On Weekends. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Construction Site To Limit Dusty And Pollution Of The Object And To Carry Out Works In A Way That Prevents Entering The Area Of Works To Third Parties. The Contracting Authority Does Not Agree To The Use Of A Passenger Crane.
