The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be In Particular The Following Activities, Supplies And Work: - Focus Of The Existing State, Passportization Of The Building To The Extent Necessary For The Reconstruction Of The Technological Equipment; - Checking And Ensuring The Necessary Wiring And Installing Individual Media; - Projection Work In Accordance With Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., On Documentation Of Buildings, As Amended, Including Fire Safety Solutions And Itemized Budget, Which Will Be The Basis For Monthly Invoicing Within The Implementation; - Engineering Activities In Accordance With The Building Act, As Amended; - Ensuring All Necessary Permits Of The Building Authority According To The Applicable Legislation; - Disconnection From The Media, Disassembly, Transport And Disposal Of The Original Cooling Technology And All Related Equipment In Accordance With Valid Legislation; - All Related Construction Work, Including The Necessary Wiring And Installation Of Individual Media For Subsequent Installation Of A New Cooling Device, Including The Paintings Of The Premises Concerned; - Transport And Delivery Of The Necessary Material And Equipment (Including Its Components And Accessories) To The Place Of Performance, Its Installation, Including The Connection At The Place Of Performance And Commissioning At The Place Of Performance, Cleaning And Proper Disposal And Transport Of All Packaging And Transport Materials And Waste Incurred In Compliance With The Applicable Legislation; - Supply And Assembly Of Mantinels According To The Technical Specification That Was Part Of The Tender Documentation; - Revision, Training Of Operators, Including Testing Functionality; - Ensuring The Final Building Approval Decision, Respectively. Trial Operation, If Required By The Building Authority; - Warranty And Post -Warranty Service; - All Other Activities Necessary For Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Contract.
