Tenders are invited for Supplying of 02 Nos of Motor Grader for Rural Road Project and Other Special Project in Executive Engineer S Division Matara , Road Development Authority Bid Security (Rs. Mn): 200000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a request letter for the each contract to the Chief Engineer Matara , Road Development Authority, Maddawatta, Matara from 25.06.2025 to 09.07.2025 during 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs up on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,720.00 (with all taxes) 6. Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid- Security for the amounts given in the above table. Bid- Security shall be valid up to 24.10.2025. the bids without Bid-Security will be rejected. 7. Bid shall be valid up to 26.09.2025 8. A complete set of bidding documents shall be delivered on or before 14.00 hrs 11.07.2025 by registered post or hand delivered in duplicate to the Chief Engineer Matara, Chief Engineers Office, Road Development Authority , Meddawatta, Matara. Offers shall be marked on top left corner of the envelope the contact number. Late bids will be rejected unopened. Bids will be opened soon after the closing.
