The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Covering The Performance Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of Administrative And Emergency-Evacuation Lighting In Residential Municipal Buildings At 21,22,23.25 And 27 In Dąbrowa Górnicza St. Firefighting Luminaires In Social Residential Municipal Buildings At Ul. Łączna In Dąbrowa Górnicza. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damages Resulting From The Unreliable Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By: A) The Bill Of Quantities (Annex 2 To Swz); B) Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex 3 To Swz); C) Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 11 To Swz). The Removal Requires A Guarantee For The Works And Materials Used For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months.
