The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works And Other Activities Formed With The Thermomodernization Of A Public Building In A Boiling Building Through: 1) Insulation Of The Roof With Polystyrene From The Outside (Thickness 25 Cm), 2) Strengthening The Roof Truss With A Steel Angle, 3) Insulation Of External Walls With Foamed Polystyrene (Thickness 10 Cm) Along With The Facade, 4) Replacement And The Door Of The Entire Facility, Excluding The Fire Gate Fire Gates, 5) Installation Of The Pv Installation On The Roof Of The Object Styrofoam Substrates With A Ballast Assembly System Of 10 Kwp, Divided Into Two Inverters For Connecting To Two Separate Installations, 6) Adaptation Of The Building To Fire Standards Installation Of The Pwp Connector For Both Installations, 7) Installation Of Two Air Conditioners With Heating Function Min. 10 Kw Per One Air Conditioner, 8) Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With The Led System In Garage Halls, 9) Preparation Works, Connection And Accompanying In The Field Of Electric Hydraulics, Flashings Of Flashing Elements Accompanying Guttering, Utilization, Regulation Of Existing Technical Infrastructure In The Form Of Valves, Etc. Including Lightning Protection, B) Dismantling Of Metal Peripheral Attic, C) Disassembly Of Polycarbonate Roofing On The Rear Facade, D) Replacement Of External Window Sills, 10) Execution Of All Legally Required Acceptance Documentation As -Built Supplemented With Energy Characteristics, Energy Audit, Energy Review And Thermal Examination. 2. The Contractor Will Design And Mount A Plaque On The Posts, Informing About The Co -Financing Of The Investment In The Public, In A Public And Clearly Visible Place, Indicated By The Contracting Authority, And Ensures Its Maintenance In A State Due Throughout The Entire Construction Period. 3. The Contracting Authority Indicates That The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Construction Works And The Preparation Of The Documentation Specified In The Contract, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract Is Implemented From The Budget Of The Kobylnica Commune And Planned For Co -Financing From The National Emergency Service Financing Program Part 3) Energy Modernization Of Volunteer Fire Brigades Buildings. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In Points 1 And 2 Above And In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Public Procurement Law By Means Of Project Documentation And Technical Specifications Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract.
