1. The Subject Of The Contract Covered By This Procedure Is To Organize And Conduct A Category B Driving License Course (Together With Medical Examinations And Issuing A Decision As Well As Paying For The First Attempt To The State Exam And, If Necessary, One Retake Exam Leaving The Family Or Institutional Foster Care ”No: Fewm.09.09-Iz.00-0003/24 As Part Of Priority 9: Inclusion And Integration Of The Esf+ Regional Program European Funds For Warmia And Mazury 2021-2027, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. On Drivers Of Vehicles (Journal Of Laws 2011 No. 30, Item 151, As Later) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Construction Of 4 March 2016 On The Training Of Applicants For The Right To Drive Vehicles, Instructors And Lecturers (Journal Of Laws 2018, Item 1885, As Amended). 3. 17 Participants/Check (From 17 Years And 9 Months To 26 Years) Will Take Part In The Course Positive Future Plus. The Seizures Will Take Place In The Administrative Area Of ​​The City Of Olsztyn, At A Timely Time For Its Participants/Check. The Contracting Authority Must Approve The Set Schedule Of Theoretical Classes Before They Start. Theoretical Classes Can Take Place From Monday To Friday From 15:00 To 20:00 And On Weekends Or Days Off From School From 8:00 To 20:00. The Schedule Of Practical Classes Sets A Driving Instructor Individually With Each Participant. 8. The Contractor Provides A Place To Conduct Practical Classes, Including The Necessary Equipment And Equipment (Min. 3 Driving Vehicles On Category B) And Qualified Instructor Staff (Min. 3 People) .9.
