The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Construction And Technical Design For The Reconstruction Of Roads In The Po Kwk Jas-Mos And Including This Area Into The Southern Main Road (Dw 933)-A Section Of Approx. 2.2 Km. I. The Order Includes The Design: 1) Construction Of A Circular Intersection (Roundabout) On Provincial Road No. 937 (Ul. Wodzisławska) In The Railway Embankment Area; 2) Reconstruction Of The Street Communication System, Access Roads And Exits In The Area Of The Roundabout Indicated In Point 1); 3) Construction Of A Two -Car Road Section Of 6.0M Width With A One -Sided Side Side Width 1.0M - Section Length Approx. 75.0M From The Ww Ronda To The South; 4) Construction Of The Section, From The Roundabout Indicated In Point 1) To The Intersection Of Ul. Górnicza With Ul. Wyspiański, Municipal Road Of Single-Car, Two-Lane Width 6.0M With A Pedestrian And Bicycle String Width Of 2.5M, A Seat Belt Width 0.5M, Roadside Intended For A Technological String Width 1.0M; 5) Expansion Of The Intersection Of Ul. Górnicza And Ul. Wyspiański In Connection With The Construction Of A Section Of The Municipal Road, Described In Point 4); 6) Reconstruction Of Górnicza Street On The Section From The Intersection Indicated In Point 5) To The Gate Of The Kwk Jas-Mos Mine Together With The Reconstruction Of Conventions, Arrives, Parking Lots And The Construction Of A Bus Terminus; 7) Construction - On The Area Of Kwk Jas -Mos, From The Mine Gate To The Intersection Of The Southern Main Road (Provincial Road No. 933) With Ul. Połomska - Section Of The Single -Car, Two -Lane Municipal Road, 6.0M Wide With Four Bays For Trucks With A Trailer, With A Hardened Sidewalk Width 1.0M, With The Side Of The Roadside Intended For The Technological Canal Width 1.0M; 8) Reconstruction Of The Intersection Of The Southern Main Road (Provincial Road No. 933) With Ul. Połomska In Connection With The Construction Of A Section Of The Municipal Road Described In Point 7) (Target Improvement Of Safety At The Intersection); 9) Construction Of An Internal Road With A Section Of About 150.0M, As A Single -Car, Two -Lane Road With A Width Of 5.0M With A Hardened Side Of 1.0M Wide; 10) Construction Of The Lighting Network Along The Entire Length Of The Investment; 11) Construction Of Dehydration - Rainwater Sewage Network Along The Entire Length Of The Investment (Designed With Reserve For Additional Network Connections) - Along With A Drop Of Rainwater And Snowmelt To The Watercourse Jastrzębianka; 12) Embankment Construction; 13) Liquidation Of Railway Embankments And Colliding Railway Infrastructure; 14) Demolition Of Buildings Conflicting With The Investment; 15) Permanent Traffic Organization Throughout The Entire Investment. 16) Reconstruction And Protection Of Colliding Underground, Ground And Above -Ground Devices. 17) Division Of Real Estate Due To The Need To Interfere In Plots Adjacent To The Road Lane. Ii. The Order Includes The Performance (Obtaining) Of All Documentation, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, Including Geotechnical Documentation; Water Law In Order To Obtain A Water Law Permit/ Obtain An Annex To The Issued Water Permits; The Project Card Information Card Necessary To Obtain An Environmental Decision
