The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works: Modernization Of Barracks No. 1 Together With The Courtyard Of The Boyen Fortress As Part Of Project No. Ltpl00354 Fort - Polish -Lithuanian Union Integration Of The Fortifications Network For The Development Of Flagship Tourist Products, Plot No. 361, 362/2, Precinct 0001 City Of Giżycko. The Basic Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory Works, B) Earthworks, C) Demolition Works, D) Renovation And Construction Of Walls, E) Roof Renovation, Flashing, Orinnating, F) Renovation Of Window And Door Joinery, G) Renovation Of Ceiling Layers, H) Renovation, Reconstruction Of The Stairs, I) Facility Adjustment, J) For Disabled People, K) Renovation Of The Connection Of Sanitary Sewage System, L) Renovation, Construction Of Sanitary Installations, M) Renovation, Construction Of Electrical Installations, N) Renovation, Construction Of Teletechnical Installations, O) Conservation And Restoration Works, P) Finishing And Accompanying Works). Currently, R) Work In The Field Of Greenery, P Debrision Of Debris, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Design Documentation And Stwiorb, Constituting Annex 9 To Swz. 3. The Employer Requires Special Caution In Conducting Works, In Particular To Ensure Adequate Security And Covers, Maintaining The Construction Site In Good Order, Organizing Construction Works In A Way That Does Not Use People Using A Given And Neighboring Real Estate With The Scope Of The Investment Task. In Connection With The Above, The Contractor Must Take Into Account The Costs Of Securing Works In The Price Of The Offer. These Costs Should Be Included In Indirect Costs. 4. Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Performance Of The Contract, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). Insulating, F) Concrete Works, G) Assembly Works, H) Land Development, I) Finishing Works, J) Support For Vehicles, Devices, The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To People Performing Free Competitions, Including Designers, Construction Managers And Work Managers. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A List Of These Persons Until The Signing Of The Contract Together With A Statement Confirming Employment Under A Contract, As Well As At The Request Of The Employer, Evidence Indicating Their Employment Under A Contract Of Employment. The Contractor Is Also Obliged, After The Conclusion Of The Contract, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party To Submit A List Of Persons Together With A Statement Confirming Their Employment On An Employment Contract And Not Arranging With The Payment Of Remuneration As At The Date Of Submitting The Statement. The Contracting Authority Has
