1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Organization And Service Of Events: I. Conference 2 - Day Per 100 People - 3 Events, Ii. Seminar/1 -Day Conference For 50 People (Room On The Ordering Partys Side) - 4 Events, Iii. Seminar/1-Day Conference For 70 People (Room On The Ordering Partys Side)-2 Events, Iv. Meeting Of The Provincial Coordination Team 60 People - One -Day - 5 Events. 2 - Day Conference For 150 People - 1 Event. 2 - Day Conference For 200 People (70 Nights, Room And Meals For 200 People) - 1 Event. 2 - Day Conference For 75 People - 3 Events. Working Meeting - Catering For 40 People - 14 Events As Part Of The Project Entitled Building A System Of Coordination And Monitoring Of Regional Activities For Vocational Education, Higher Education And Lifelong Learning, Including Adult Learning, In The Lower Silesian Voivodship. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Set Out In Annex 2 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Cancel Some Of The Events In The Maximum Range Of Up To 30%. Detailed Provisions In This Respect Are Included As Part Of The Opz. 4. Detailed Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Indicated In Annex 9 To Swz- Planned Contractual Provisions.
