The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Special Caution When Performing Works, Appropriate Separation, Protection And Marking Of The Area Of ​​Works And Appropriate Protection Of Tools And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Third Parties In The Event Of Their Availability. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Cleanliness Of The Works And Communication Routes Within The Works Of The Contract Throughout The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform Cleaning Works On An Ongoing Basis. 4.
