The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Together With The Delivery Of A Multifunctional Device Used To Maintain Roads (Sweeper), Meeting The Following Minimum Parameters: • Year Of Production: Not Older Than 2019; • Mtg Number: Maximum 140; • Vehicle After A Service Review With The Mentioned Elements On A Given Amount Of Rbh; • Vacuum Switch With Water Recirculation System; 159L; • The Waste Tank Made Of Aluminum Or Stainless Steel, Minimum 900 Liters Of Nominal Capacity In Accordance With Pn En 15429-3: 2015-05E; • Two-Pass Sweeping Team-Sweeping Width Of A Minimum Of 150Cm, Controlled From The Operators Cab, Brushes Sweeping With The Possibility Of Adjustment In The Plane; Min. 125 Bar, Performance Min. 10L/M; Snake Length Min. 10 M; • A Minimum Warranty 6 Months. 2. Information On The Device: 1) A Vehicle Marked And Prepared To Travel On Public Roads - In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law, 2) A Free -Speed Vehicle That Does Not Require Registration. 3. The Contractor Together With The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. On The Day Of Transferring The Subject Of The Contract, Will Provide The Employer With: 1) The User Manual In Polish, 2) The Catalog Of Spare Parts In A Numerical Form As A Book Catalog Or In Electronic Form, On A Digital Medium Or On The Supplier Portal, 3) Warranty Card (If Concerned), 4) Pm 2.5 Certificate; Pm10.5) Pn En En 15429-3: 2015-05E6) Certificate Ce7) Documents Enabling The Vehicle To Move On Public Roads (If Concerned) 8) Additional Equipment: Fire Extinguisher Min 1 Kg, Reflective Vest, Reflective Triangle. 4. The Contractor Will Provide Service In The Warranty And Post -Warranty Period. The Website Will Be Made At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party Within 3 Business Days From The Moment The Employer Reports The Need To Perform Any Repairs Or Other Service Activities, And The Repair Will End A Maximum Of 7 Days From The Date Of Its Start, If The Repair Is Not Completed, The Contractor Is Required To Provide Substitute Equipment. 5. On The Day Of Handing Over The Sweeper, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct Free Training Of Drivers And Service Staff In The Field Of Service And Operation Of The Sweeper And The Devices Installed In It, Which Will Be Confirmed By Issuing Relevant Certificates, As Well As With Periodic Inspections. 6. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Defects Or Defects And Inspections To Various Entities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept The Defects Reports And Supervise Their Removal. 7. The Detailed Determination Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 3 To Swz Technical Form 8.
