The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Frozen Food For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Voivodship Institutions Complex In Rzeszów, Divided Into 6 Parts, Of Which Parts From I To Iii As Part Of The Rap Steam- Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools From The Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Part 1- Successive Delivery Of Froops For The Needs Of The Podkarpackie Provincial Institutions In Rzeszów As Part Of The Rap Steam Robotics And Programming In Primary Schools From The Podkarpackie Voivodeship - To The Training Center And School Youth Hostel In Czudiec, Ul. Rzeszowska 822. Packaging And Marking Requirements: The Contracting Authority Requires That All Delivered Products Be Packed In Original, Factory -Closed, Tight And Undamaged Unit Packaging. Packaging Must Be:  Dry, Clean, Without Signs Of Mechanical Damage,  Free Of Foreign Fragrances, Dirt And Signs Of Mold Development,  Made Of Materials Approved For Contact With Contact Food,  Adapted To The Conditions Of Storage And Transport Of Frozen Products,  Providing Protection Against Pollution And Mechanical Damage. Each Unit Packaging Must Be Marked In Polish, In A Permanent And Legible Manner. The Label Must Contain The Following Information:  Product Name,  Name And Address Of The Manufacturer Or Supplier,  Number Of Standard Or Other Reference Document (E.G. Qualitative Specification),  Net Mass,  Date Of Production,  Shelf Life,  Storage Temperature,  Required Storage Method (E.G. Indicating The Need To Use A Freezer Or Cold -Bonding), Unambiguous) Information: Deeply Frozen Product - If It Concerns,  Unambiguous Information: Do Not Freeze Again - If It Concerns,  Other Information Required By Applicable Law, 3. Requirements For The Quality And Durability Of Products: Products Must Be Properly Frozen And Cannot Wear Signs Of Thaw Or Freezing. Products Must Have A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 4 Months From The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Office. The Contracting Authority Allows The Presence Of Tiles In Frozen Products Not Exceeding 20% ​​Of The Area Of ​​The Product. 4. The Contracting Authority Obliges The Contractor To Maintain Care For The Natural Environment, Through, Among Others Elimination From The Use Of One -Off Items Made Of Plastics, Giving Up The Use Of Disposable Packaging, Bags, Nets And Bags Made Of Polyolefin Plastics, Use When Performing The Contract Of Materials That Come From Recycling Or Are Subject To Recycling, Etc. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Regarding Each Part Into Which The Order Was Divided, Is Included In The Attachments To Swz -Material And Price Forms, Appropriate For A Given Part Of The Order. 6. The Supplementation Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Constituted By The Provisions Of The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement.
