1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Modernization Of Land And Buildings Records For The Kobyle Precinct, Frysztak Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Modernization Of Land And Buildings Records In The Area Of ​​Registration: Id: 181902_2.0008 - Kobyle, Pursuant To Art. 24A Of The Act Of 17 May 1989 Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended) And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Work And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On Land And Building Records (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 219). As Part Of The Modernization Of Land And Buildings Records, Works Will Be Carried Out To: -Obtain Data On The Course Of The Boundaries Of Registration Plots Together With The Data On Border Points Meeting The Accuracy Requirements Set Out In The Regulation On Land And Building Records, -Completing And Updating The Egib Database For Data On Buildings And Premises, - Precinct And Harmonization Of Bdot500 And Gesut Databases With A Modernized Egib.2 Database. Achieving The Assumed Purpose Of The Completed Order Will Allow You To Increase The Quality Of Data In The Land And Building Records, As Well As Allow You To Improve The Process Of Conducting, Operating And Sharing Records Of Land And Buildings In The Form Of Numerical Collections And Network Services, And In Particular Improving Automation Processes In The Field Of Viewing Pzgik Data, Handling Reports Of Geodetic Work And Making Materials Available For Pzgik. The Condition For Joining The Next Stage Of Work Is The Reception Of The Previously Completed Stage. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: Technical Conditions Together With The Egib Modernization Project Of The Kobyle Preptomation - Constituting An Attachment To Swz. The Contracting Authority Requires A Very Detailed Familiarization With The Content Of The Abovementioned Attachments.
