Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Communication System For Km Psp In Kalisz - Stage I

1. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery And Configuration Of The Radio -Communication And Dispatcher System As Part Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Communication System For Km Psp In Kalisz - Stage I. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified By: Annex 1 (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract), Annex 2 (Price Form) And Annex 3 (Relevant Provisions Of The Contract). 3. The Hardware And / Or Software Platform Planned As Part Of The Development Of The System For The Psp Km In Kalisz Must Be Compatible (To Ensure Integration) With An Existing Radio -Communication And Dispatch System (Trx S.C.) By Using Ip.4 Technology. The Employer Reserves That All Or Other Integral Of The Swz Document, Possibly, Their Own Names Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Designed To Specify The Qualitative And Technological Expectations Of The Employer. This Should Be Understood As Determining The Required Minimum Utility, Functional And Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards. 5. Equivalent Solutions: 1) In The Event That In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract The Contracting Authority Specifies The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Own Names, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor/Manufacturer, If This Could Lead To Privileging Or Eliminating Certain Contractors Or Products, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting Offers Equivalent. This Means That It Is Allowed To Offer Products Not Worse Than Those Described, I.E. Meeting The Technical, Functional And Qualitative Requirements, At Least Such As Indicated In The Documentation Of This Procedure, While Maintaining Compatibility With The Existing Radio -Communication And Dispatcher System (Trx P. Approval, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Of Technical References, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions, While Maintaining Compatibility With The Existing Radio -Communication And Dispatcher System (Trx S.C.), 3) Any Names Used In The Order Documentation That Indicate Or Could Be Associated With The Manufacturer Or Company, They Do Not Intend To Prefer Solutions To The Manufacturer, But An Indication Of A Solution That Should Have Technical, Technological Features No Worse Than The Orders Given In The Documentation. The Contracting Authority In The Case Of Offers Containing Equivalent Solutions Will Be Verified In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements Of Individual Items Of Technical Requirements Contained In The Attachments To The Specification. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Offered Devices Or Systems In The Offer. The Burden Of Proving Equivalence Is The Contractors Responsibility. The Contracting Authority Will Not Recognize Equivalent Solutions If They Are Worse Than Those Indicated In The Attachments To The Minimum Quality Specification Of Qualitativ
