Tenders Are Invited For Hotel-Gastronom Service. For The Purposes Of Conducting A Series Of Training For A Group Of Viep Experts For Cross -Border Waste Movement And Representatives Of Sg, Kas, Etc., Utk, Police And Prosecutors Office
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Hotel And Catering Service (2 Nights), For The Purposes Of Conducting A Cycle Of 8 Two-Day Trainings. The Order Includes:-Provision Of Hotel And Catering Service, Under Which The Contractor Will Provide The Facility In Which Training Will Take Place With Accommodation, Meals And Coffee Service;-Providing The Service Of The Conference Room Rental And Two Additional Rooms For Training, Under Which The Contractor Will Provide Conference Room With Equipment And An Additional Two Rooms With Equipment, Available On The Second Day Of Training; - Providing The Service Of Printout Training Materials And Ensuring Necessary Office Materials; - Providing The Transport Service Of The Training Participants, In Accordance With The Requirements Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Proceedings Have Not Been Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Manner Of Its Implementation Was Specified In Annex 6 And 6.1 To Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Changes In Swz Content, Which Is E.G. The Result Of Answers To The Inquiries Of Contractors.
