The Subject Of The Contract Is To Provide Expert Services For The Sector Update Of The Qualification Framework In The It Sector (Hereinafter Srk It) (12 Experts) Part I Is In The I Category I - Architecture Of Solutions It It It It Subcategory:: Expert For Application Architecture And Infrastructure And Cloud Solutions. Online (Except For Two Stationary Meetings). The Process Of Implementing The Update Of Two Sector Qualifications (Srk) Was Divided Into 4 Stages: 1) Preparation Of The Initial Srk Update Srk.2) Conducting Industry Consultations (Without The Participation Of Experts) .3) Analysis Of Comments Collected During Consultation And Developing The Final Version Of Updating Two Srk.4) Disseminating Information On Updated Srk. February 2026. The Planned Number Of Hours Of The Expert Service For The Srk It/Srk Tele Update Expert Is 100 Hours. The Settlement Will Be Based On The Total Of Working Hours (Man -Hours). The Value Of The Remuneration May Not Exceed The Amount Specified In The Contract With The Contractor, But May Be Lower. Ordering A Lower Number Of Hours By The Ordering Party May Not Be The Basis For A Claim Against The Contracting Authority For Failure To Comply With The Contract. The Remuneration Will Be Paid In Two Tranches:- 1 Installment Of Remuneration After Preparing The Initial Version Of The Srk Update;- 2 Installment Of Remuneration After All Work On The Srk Update. In The Case Of Stationary Meetings, The Contracting Authority Will Ensure A Refund Of The Cost Of Travel And Ensure Accommodation.
