Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Sports And Recreational Services For Nospr Employees, Their Children, Accompanying People And Seniors

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Sports And Recreational Services For Employees Of The Polish Radio National Symphony Orchestra Based In Katowice (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party), Their Children, Accompanying Persons And Seniors, For A Period Of 36 Months As Part Of The Package Made Available By The Contractor. 2. The Package Referred To In Point 1 Is Intended For: 1) Employees Of The Ordering Party Understood As Employees Employed At The Nospr On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, Appointment Or Appointment And Former Employees Who Were Employed With The Contracting Authority And Retired Or Pension2) Children Up To 18 Years Of Age Reported By Nospr Employees, With One Nospr Employee May Report To Two Children, 3) Accompanying Persons: A Person From 18 A Member Of The Employees Immediate Family, Which Means A Spouse, Descendant, Preliminary, Siblings, Affordable In The Same Line And Degree, A Person Remaining In A Relationship Of Adoption And Her Spouse, And A Person Remaining In Common Life, Indicated By Nospr Employees, With The Nospr Employee Can Report One Such Person Nospr May Report One Senior.- Hereinafter Referred To As Users Or Separately. 3. As Part Of The Package, The Contractor Will Provide Users With The Opportunity To Use Throughout Poland From Sports And Recreation Classes Of A Varied Nature, Including A Minimum Of Introduction To Facilities In Which It Is Possible To Use The Following Activities1) Badminton2) Badminton2) Pool3) Jacuzzi4) Joga5) Yoga5) Lodowisko6) Lodowisko6) Swimming Climbing12) Gym13) Squash14) Martial Arts15) Dance16) Table Tennis17) Tennis18) Fitnesszdziecko Classes, Depending On The Type Of Package, Will Be Entitled To Use Only The Pool Or A Broader Range Of Services (At Least Swimming Pool, Ice Rink, Climbing Wall, Martial Arts, Dance). 4. The Contractor Must Have Facilities For The Purposes Of The Contract, In Which Sports And Recreational Services Are Provided, In The Number Of At Least: 1) 400 Facilities In The Śląskie Voivodeship, Including 100, In Which As Part Of The Sports And Recreation Services Package They Are Provided Without Additional Fees, 2) 1,500 Facilities In Poland. 5. The Contractor Will Maintain The Required Number Of Objects Referred To In Point 4, Throughout The Entire Period Of The Contract With The Employer. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Annex 3 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
