The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of The Following Agricultural Produce For The Needs Of The Experimental Plant In Pętków (One Of The Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party): 1) Winter Rape Growing In Fields With A Sowing Area Of 83.75 Ha Located Within The Town Of Pętkowo In The Commune Of Środa Wielkopolska (Greater Poland Voivodeship) 55.67 Ha Located Within The Town Of Pętkowo In The Commune Of Środa Wielkopolska (Greater Poland Voivodeship); 3) Rye Growing In The Fields With A Sowing Area Of 154.67 Ha Located Within The Towns Of Witaszyce In The Commune Of Jarocin (Greater Poland Voivodeship). The Subject Of This Order Also Consists Of A Accompanying Service In The Form Of Transfers Using A Tractor With A Persecutive Trailer Of Obtained Grain From The Omełot To The Basis Of The Contracting Authority (Directly By The Road Of The Car Harvest Field (24-25 Tonnes Bath Tubs), Subject To The Provisions Of Paragraph 5 Below. 3 The Contractor Of The Obligations (Undertaken At Its Cost And Risk) Related To Their Proper Implementation Is Also Included In: 1) The Performance Of All Of The Omełot Services Referred To In Para. 1 Above (For The Entire Period Of Their Implementation) Using (Use) Of A Minimum Of One Combine And Tractor With A Reloading Trailer With A Minimum Requirements Specified For Them In § 3 Para. 1 Point 1) - 3) Of The Contract Template (Respectively For A Given Type Of Enforcement); 2) Providing Fuel For Agricultural Equipment Referred To In Point 1) And 2) Above; 3) Selection, Referral For The Implementation Of Services Constituting The Subject Of This Contract And Maintaining Through The Entire Period Of This Implementation, Appropriate, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Persons (Executive Staff), With A Minimum Of The Operator For The Operation Of Combine, Referred To In Item 1) Above And The Operator For Service (Including Conducting) Of The Tractor With A Transhipment Trailer, Referred To In Point 2) Above [I.E.
